process simple for you – as well as finding out more
about you we

The Process
Hourly Roles
If you’ve applied for one of our hourly roles, then the interview process will look as follows:
- A short interview, with the hiring manager to get to know each other
- A short skills TRIAL, where you’ll be on the floor or in the kitchen
- If successful, you’ll receive a contract and a Right To Work Check electronically
Management Positions
If you’ve applied for one of our management positions, then the interview process will look as follows
- A short interview, with the hiring manager to get to know each other
- A short skills, where you’ll be on the floor or in the kitchen
- 2nd interview with the Operations Manager or Regional Manager
- *In some cases a 30/60/90 day plan
- Finally, if successful you’ll receive a contract and a Right To Work Check electronically
*Applicable to General Manager and Head Chef positions only.

Do Lounge offer visa sponsorship?
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE WORKING HOURS?
For our salaried managers the standard contract is 48 hours a week, with a 40 hour contract also available. For our hourly team all our contracts are offered on a zero hours contract, you will be able to have a realistic conversation about hours during the interview.
