Salary: £35,000

Duties and Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
· Increasing revenue by achieving and retaining high occupancy levels.
· Ensuring that each resident has a contract and fees are paid accordingly.
· Reviewing expenditure regularly again budget, ensuring all expenditure in within budget.
· In conjunction with the executive team, prepare annual budgets, including projections and recommendations.
· Ensure all care plans are audited and are person centred.
· Ensure complaints, safeguarding alerts and accidents are dealt in a professional manner and in line with internal and external policies.
· Developing strong relationships with external bodies and agencies.
· Ensuring all staff are recruited and trained in line with internal policies.
· Adhering and implementing hr policies and procedures.
· Manage weekly and monthly payroll.
· Actively market the home and ensure its attractively presented.
Experience and Requirements for the Registered Manager role you will have:
· Level 4 or above – Health & Social Care (Management and Leadership).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Leadership and management skills.
· Previous experience within the Healthcare industry.
