Trinity House Care Home is looking to recruit a Team Leader Nights (SVQ Level 3) , to join our luxury, purpose-built care home.

Our flagship care home, decorated and facilitated to the highest standard, provides the highest level of Residential, Nursing, Respite & Dementia Care for up to 55 residents.

This role is for those who want to make a real difference and help support residents and staff to reach their potential. You will be a key team player and will put residents at the heart of everything that you do.

Team Leader Contract

·                  £13.50 per hour

·                  33 hours per week (Flexible shift pattern - includes weekend work)

·                  Nightshift 

·                  Pension

·                  5.6 weeks annual leave

·                  PVG paid

·                  Additional on-going training and professional development and progression opportunities

·                  On-street parking

Team Leader Will Be

·                  Qualified to provide First Aid 

·                  A caring and motivated person.

·                  Experienced supporting older people, ideally including those living with a dementia.

·                  Confident and experienced to lead a care team and act as champion for the wellbeing of residents.

·                  Able to prepare, review and understand a care plan

·                  Qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Your key responsibilities will include

·                  Providing excellent care and support to residents.

·                  Ensuring high standards are always maintained.

·                  Supervising, leading and motivating all care assistants in order for the team to function efficiently.

·                  Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs.

·                  Administering medication as instructed.

·                  Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the wellbeing of the residents and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.

·                  Supporting and working with care assistants.

·                  Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
