Shift Pattern: Bank shifts: Days, sleeping nights and weekends. Flexibility ideal.

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a kind, sociable, caring person to begin working within a established, supportive team caring for a  21 year old fun loving, sociable lady who adores accessing the community and attending a special needs college with her support worker. Excellent communication is essential as the young lady is non verbal but is able to express herself very well,  and she can communicate her needs and wishes in her own way. You will also support with respite visits which include overnights and full days with another team member, During respite, activities can include supporting with days out, hydrotherapy, visits to local attractions amongst other fun things. You will also support on days out and hospital visits with family when needed. There is a well trained lovely dog within the family home. Experience with complex care preferred but all training will be given by a registered nurse dedicated to the package.
